IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE (“TERMS”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE PROGRAM, AS THEY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS.

Introduction

The Savers App Program (the “Program”) is offered to our valued customers by Savers App Inc. (“Savers App”, “we”, “us” or “our”) under these terms and conditions. The Program may be located at 'saversapp.com' or any other domain we elect to operate at.

Key Definitions

Enrolled Card: An eligible Visa or Mastercard registered in the Program

Cashback Reward: The amount paid to you when you complete a Qualifying Transaction

Qualifying Transaction: A purchase that satisfies all requirements of an Offer

Merchant: A third-party business participating in the Program

Eligibility

To be eligible to use the Program, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Be of legal age to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction
Register for a Program Account with accurate information
Be the account holder of any Card you enroll

How the Program Works

Cashback Rewards

When you use your Enrolled Card in a Qualifying Transaction, Cashback Rewards will be credited to your Program Account. Rewards are deposited to your selected Payout card monthly when available and meet minimum deposit values.

Processing Time

Cashback Rewards will be credited to your Program Account within 120 days of the Qualifying Transaction.

Eligible Cards

Visa and Mastercard credit cards, and certain debit cards that don't use pin pad for transactions.

Your Responsibilities

Keep your Program Account credentials confidential
Update your account if your Enrolled Card is cancelled or expires
Provide accurate and truthful information
Check your Program Account regularly to verify Cashback Rewards
Report suspicious communications to support@saversapp.com

Program Rules

Inactivity: Cards with no Qualifying Transactions for 90 days will be unenrolled and previous Cashback Rewards voided.

Returns: If you return a purchase that earned Cashback, the reward may be deducted from your account.

Changes: We may change cashback percentages, offers, or other program features at our discretion.

Privacy & Security

Your use of the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy. We use bank-level security and don't store your card details. All card information is tokenized and stored securely with our payment partners.

Termination

You may terminate your participation at any time by deactivating your Program Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Limitation of Liability

The Program is provided “as is” and “as available”. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed $100 USD.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce. The governing law is the State of Delaware.
